"The Journey to NowHERE" by Steve Lanza, Managing Partner at Richfield Associates and the VP of Education for The President's Distinguished Club - A.M. Akron Toastmasters.
"The Journey to NowHERE" allows participants to successfully answer the question: "What have you been doing lately during this challenging period of time for your career"?
The program is an interactive session along with Executive Recruiter, Pete Punwani, that outlines how Job Seekers can differentiate themselves in the interview process by participating in organizations such as NSME. The session also allows participants to ask specific questions about how to successfully navigate the interview process from both sides of the table.
How to position your skills.
Why the way you answer a question is often more important than the answer itself!
The answers to the questions (though often unasked) "Why you?" "Why now?"
